Avondale-Dunaire is a small park located near the I-285 / Memorial Drive interchange in Decatur. Look for the red asterisk in the center of the below map. The park has portable restroom facilities, no concession stand. There are several fast-food places nearby on Memorial Drive.

• MNP: Driving time is approximately 30 minutes; start with step 2 below.
• UQP: Driving time is approximately 45 minutes; start with step 1 below.

1. Take I-75 South to exit #259A: I-285 East (Augusta/Greenville). The I-285 exit has 3 lanes; get in the center or right lane to head east.

2. Take I-285 East past Spaghetti Junction to exit #41 (old exit #32): Memorial Drive.

3. The exit ramp has two left turn lanes. Get in the right-most left turn lane.

4. Turn left to go outside I-285 and immediately get in the right-most lane as you cross over I-285.

5. Cross over I-285 and continue a quarter mile. Turn right at a traffic light onto George Luther Drive. There's a Wendy's on the far right side of this intersection.

6. Continue 0.4 miles on George Luther. The fields are on the left. There are two entrances; either will work. If you miss the entrances, there's a chance to U-turn just past the fields.
