1. Turn right onto Hawkins Store Road, go 1.6 miles to Bells Ferry Road.
2. Turn left onto Bells Ferry, go 0.3 miles.
3. Take the entrance ramp on the right for I-575 South. Stay in the entrance lane; it becomes the exit lane for Chastain Road.
4. Take the first exit, Chastain Road, and turn right at the top of the exit ramp onto Chastain.
5. Stay on Chastain Road for about 3.2 miles. During this stretch, you'll pass Kennesaw State on the right and McCollum Airport on the left. Shortly after you pass the airport, you'll come to a major intersection with US-41 / Cobb Parkway. Get in the 2nd right turn lane. There's a Huddle House on the right and a skating rink on the left at this intersection.
6. Turn right onto US-41 / Cobb Parkway, get in the left lane, go 0.3 miles until the first traffic light: Kennesaw Due West Road.
7. Turn left onto Kennesaw Due West, go 1.0 miles.
8. Big Shanty Park is on the left just before you reach Kennesaw Mountain High School.
