U13 Athena ("Select") tryouts: Tuesday, May 31st through Thursday, June 2nd. More details will be posted in May, 2011.
Empoli FC soccer camp (optional): NASA is hosting a camp from the Italian club Empoli FC. The camp runs from June 27th through July 1st at Metro North Park. This is an optional event that's not part of NASA's regular Athena program, but it should be an excellent opportunity for players to experience training from a different set of coaches.
U13 Athena team camps: Team camps for the U13 Athena teams take place the week of July 25-29 at Metro North Park.
U13 Athena tryouts: Tryouts for next year's U13 Athena teams run from June 1st through June 3rd at United Quest Park. Link: tryout details
Register in advance: All prospective U13 Athena players should register on-line for tryouts, even if they are unable to attend. Link: tryout registration system

Winter break: We take a winter break during December and January.
Academy Winter Workouts: If your daughter would like to keep up with regular training during the winter break, NASA offers the Academy Winter Workouts program during December and January. NASA’s Girls’ Director of Coaching, Eric Ritter, will lead the sessions, which are built around developing individual technical skills, and how to apply them to the game through the use of small sided games. This program takes place at the Kennesaw Charter School. Link: Academy Winter Workouts
Polar Bear league: If your daughter would like to play regular games during the winter break, NASA offers a 3v3 league with games in December and January on the MNP turf field. Link: 3v3 Polar Bear League
